I don't know about Beatles....they are bit too soft for this...so far we've had pretty much 100% hard rock and metal people...only Bowie, Jim Morrison, Roger Waters and Bruce Springsteen have been softer than Hard rock...
Sure Beatles were/are huge but I don't know...Paul McCartney maybe...
