This is related to the topic, so bear with me.

I ordered a CD a few weeks ago. The other day I received the album I ordered, but on vinyl.

I already have the vinyl version as part of a box set. Hopefully the label gets back to me soon so I can return this and get my CD.

What was it you ordered? Was it a new Sabbath vinyl remaster or something? Whatever it is the vinyl would be worth quite a bit more than the CD so you could always sell the vinyl and make some money and re-purchase the CD. Or just use the extra vinyl to play and keep the one in the boxset in new condition.

Got a chuckle out of this. I’m in an Ozzy Collectors group on FB and a member there posted the following

“I cannot seem to find this cover anywhere with the wood framing shadow
#JZ 36812, I went through all of discogs and looked at over 300 photos. I’m thinking this is a small run cover that they did not like and discontinued”



Turns out it’s the the extremely rare Blizzard of Ozz milk crate sun bleached edition variant 

The member genuinely thought he was onto something rare and special lmao

@Scott, yes, just keep the backup vinyl, you'll always have a story with that on hand.

New SAVATAGE release again!

I just preordered mine from Mystic Productions in Poland...it only cost 20€!!!

Is that release signed by former/current(?) band members? That one image looks like it might be.

I do not know...I don't think so...nothing was mentioned even on the Savatage website...

I think they’re just printed signatures. Been waiting for this release to be put up in the earMUSIC webstore but still hasn’t even though they’re the ones putting out this rerelease. Dungeons and Sirens are still up for sale in their store.

That's true. I waited about a week and didn't receive a reply from the label, so I let PayPal know. PayPal refunded me (even though that wasn't my intent) so I just re-ordered the CD. If the label gets back to me they get back to me, if they don't they don't.

Other new released vinyl I’ve ordered is Savatge “Power of the Night”, Black Label Society “Doom Crew Inc” and Exodus “Persona Non Grata”

We have the Thanksgiving holiday coming up this Thursday - I should have picked up a bunch of those Carcass box sets and set them out for dinner placements lol.
