Signed test pressing of Samantha Fish's Faster LP arrived yesterday. No picture because it just looks like a record, not all that exciting.

I listened to it. I doubt I'll listen to it again...I really enjoy some of her older material, and word on the street indicated this was a return to form. A couple of songs hint at that, but the rest...not my cup of tea.

Well I bought a vinyl player finally for christmas...granted not a very good one...one of those vintange looking ones...with bluetooth and cd player and radio and those combined in that old 50s looking package...pretty cool looking actually.

BUT the main thing is I can finally play vinyl! :)

It works well and seems pretty decent. BUT the speakers within are rather crappy...BUT it does have an output so you can hook it up to a proper amp...which I think I might do...need to buy another amp though as I can't hook it up to the same one I'm using with my computer. Might get a second hand one...something bit vintage maybe...don't know.

First vinyl I played was the Hourglass picture disc single! It played great.
