Yes the Trooper is one of favourites too. Had the back patch on my battle jacket back in the 80’s.

I'm still kicking myself in the head a bit as about 20 or so years ago I was offered a bunch of Maiden LP's for a rather reasonable price too but at the time I couldn't afford them...I should have sold a kidney or something and just buy them. I think it was all the 80s albums and 10 or so singles both 7" and 12"...that's actually been one of my biggest vinyl regrets...

Signed up for the first year subscription of the Metallica(official) vinyl club about 18 months ago which only had a window of 2 weeks to sign up before they closed it. They were to release 4 surprise vinyls over a 12 month period which costed about $60 and you could either choose an annual delivery of all 4 together or receive them separately as they were released. I chose the annual subscription as it worked out much cheaper with shipping. After some initial teething problems and delays with manufacturing caused by the pandemic the annuals finally arrived.

So received the first of my Savatage Sirens LP’s today and much to my surprise the one I ordered from Amazon which I thought was the black vinyl edition was in fact the limited turquoise edition, so I actually will have 2 of these turquoise editions when the 2nd one rocks up which I’m more than happy with as they’re more limited and collectable than the black vinyl edition.

Will open the less pristine of the two when the 2nd one arrives and post photos of the actual turquoise vinyl.
