Try a renaissance faire.  Every year I go with friends to the King Richard's Faire here in MA on Columbus Day.  Especially looking forward to the upcoming one, because last year it was closed for you know what.  I have a few different outfits.  Here I am in attendance in 2009.

This outfit came together over a few years.  I bought the musketeer hat and plumes at different shops at the faire.  The boots and black leather pants are from my hard rock clubbing days.  The shirt and leather gauntlets (gloves) I bought from an online store (museumreplicas.com (check it out)).  My buddy's wife made the vest and cape for me.
