So I finally got to hear back from the repair shop I sent my Razr two months ago.

It seems that they suffered a theft and a lot of phones were stolen, mine included...so now it's a waiting game to see how they will repay this.

Absolutely sickening thing. No matter what I will lose money ofcourse in this...and naturally already lost the phone.  :wall:

That blows. All that time, still not fixed, and now it just happened to have been stolen. Hopefully they cough up either a functioning replacement or cash money, quickly!

Why is it worse than 10? Why change things that worked well to things that don't? Why the need to fix what ain't broken?

I just caught an article about something called "The Voice" being pushed in Australia. I guess it's something to do with aboriginal people getting in their government. The Australian PM is saying he might implement some document these aboriginal folks want, that calls for a bunch of stuff. One of which is:

"One way of guaranteeing funding that was discussed was through a percentage of taxes (land taxes, water taxes). Funding for the body and programs should be linked to reparations for theft of land."

Damn, I'd hate to suddenly have my taxes shoot up like that.
