Still very chilly here...around 60F (15C) and been pretty rainy. We've had a total of maybe 3 summer days so far...crazy.

If we are talking "comfort zones" I would say about 22C / 72F for me! However...

Temps here are way above normal for the time of year. Here on the south coast they're mid to high 20s but a little further north where the sea doesn't hold things back they are looking at 33/34C.

They say it will be the hottest opening day ever at Wimbledon on Monday!

Summer is definitely starting here, with the humidity being like the interest rate on top of the hot temperatures. High of 96F today, but add another 10% for The Man and his humidity.

Supposed to go to 30 Celsius by the afternoon and that's warm enough for me to stay inside 🙃

Massive storm damage expected.

The wind direction is actually pretty good as I've got some decent forest coverage from that direction...we shall see...

I do not recall a storm of this maginitude during the summer months...local thunderstorms aside ofcourse.

Heat dome didn't get to Texas as expected, so we have pop-up showers in our forecast for the next few days. But it's summer, we'll get a heat dome. I can wait for that to happen, believe you me.

Well that was a lot of hype over nothing. The storm wasn't nearly as powerful as "Expected"....that seems to be the thing now...the meteorogical departmen gets their panties in a twist everytime there's a possibility of a storm and they go overboard with the warnings and what nots and then nothing happens....this is very dangerous behaviour from their part as it's like the kid crying wolf...one day when there will actually be a big storm no one will believe them because they've bullshitted the people too much...

It's 30C (85F) now and sunny! Bit too warm for my liking but considering the cold we've had so far I'll take it.
