Bad wind and rain storm went through last night and today.  The heavy winds did way more tree damage than the hurricane I had a near miss with a few months ago.  Will have to spend all of tomorrow clearing debris.   :squint:

My power stayed on, so I never had to use my generator.  One of the 3 neighbors on my lane lost his power though.

We had a short run of storms yesterday, but today is clear and fair, dry and cool. Lows around 50F and highs just over 70F.

It's raining a bit here again...but the temp is nice 10.6C (50F) so I'm liking it. Beats below freezing temps for sure!

The first named storm of the season (Arwen) has hit Scotland and the North of England and has got itself the first Red weather warning for a couple of years. Further south we'll see some strong winds tomorrow, and maybe some snow on the higher ground but it won't be so bad.

Probably heading for Charger!

We have a bit of snow (!!! in November! Fuck that shit!!) coming on Monday evening so it might be the remnants of that...no real storm though...so I guess it dies out before getting here this time...which is nice...don't need a goddamn snow blizzard in november.

Insane cold continues here...

-16C (3F) as I'm writing this at 3:48pm... Not cool...last night the temp dropped to -23C (-9F)...that's crazy low for the beginning of December.

Thankfully it looks like some warming up is gonna happen next weekend...it fuckin' better as these kinds of temps aren't for man nor beast.

It got down to 3 here, as well. 3C, that is... we may hit a record *high* on Friday, when temps jump up into the 80s F.

Thankfully the temp came up a bit... we're at -1.5C (30F) now...which is quite an upgrade...but ofcourse now came the wind...so with the wind chill factor...it actually ain't that much warmer...so I'm still fucked. And to add insult to the injury it's supposed to snow tonight/tomorrow as well....arse.
