How good are your predictions? Should I be worried?

I’m tipping England to win the whole thing but if they can’t beat Australia I might have to rethink that

The rest of the world has over 99% more of the worlds population to choose from! ;)

Bangladesh fell just short in their run chase falling just 3 runs short. They were never out of touch with the run rate, but failing to score off the last delivery when a 4 would have won it.

Afghanistan have made 147 in their innings, Pakistan should achieve that total but it's not a gimme.

Yeah the Aus v Eng game starts at 1am here unfortunately Kilo. They obviously didn't take the Australian public into consideration when they did the schedule. Speaking of scheduling, most teams would've played 3 games after tomorrow when India’s only played one. Seems odd

It's thoughtless, they could have had that match in the earlier time slot and it would have been good for England (11am) and Australia (9pm)! It wouldn't have affected SA vs Sri Lanka, the later slot wouldn't bother their schedules!

Yes the fixtures are genuinely weird, surely each team should have played the same number of games after each round of matches!

The Sri Lankan bowler that bowled the last over was an idiot. Bowled on their pads with pace on. Perfect hitting zone for slogging tail enders. Cost his team the match.

Australia 125 all out. I'm not getting excited for England yet... we've pulled defeat from the jaws of victory too many times in the past!!

I was worried that it might not have been a very good batting pitch... but England knocked off the runs in less than 12 overs with the loss of only 2 wickets. So surprisingly easy, I do expect the Aussies to come back from this and progress to the next stages.

I should just clarify, that I don't have access to the pay channel showing the games, so I'm following the scores on the internet, therefore I don't really see the action until the hi-lights later!

I have a dedicated cricket channel on my Murdoch owned Foxtel subscription and every game is showed live but I’m glad I didn’t stay up to watch the game. Aussies got their arses kicked and England were obviously impressive, but who cares about hit & giggle T20 cricket, it’s only the Ashes that matter  :P

An easy win for Afghanistan against Namibia. Afghanistan might be n outside bet to progress to the next stage... it will probably be Pakistan and India. but if New Zealand beat India later today it would throw the group wide open.

Poor, poor innings from India, 110 for 7 in their 20 overs. Waaay too few runs. New Zealand are a good team and won't have a problem getting to that meagre total, indeed they are already at 75 for 1 with over half their overs left.

So that's hope for Afghanistan, then.

New Zealand duly won quite comfortably with several overs left. India have still 0 points and must win their last 3 games to be in with a chance of progressing. I think Pakistan are a shoe-in to win the group.

Group 2 Table
Pakistan - 6pts from 3 games
Afghans. - 4pts from 3 games
New Zeal. - 2pts from 2 games
Namibia 2pts - from 2 games
India - 0pts from 2 games
Scotland - 0pts from 2 games

Afghanistan have a chance, they're in a good position but New Zealand might now be a better proposition with the win over India, they have a game in hand too but a far inferior run rate.

Only Game today is

1400 (GMT) England vs Sri Lanka

I'd like to think England will win this, but it's not like Sri Lanka are a poor team, and a win for them wouldn't be a shock
