Not as bad as I thought’d be, nothing to do with the original but a surprise twist ending.

To Catch a Thief (1955)

Classic !

Grace Kelly's beauty is indefinable and timeless. A definition of the male class? Cary Grant !
this time is unfortunately gone ...

Marnie (1964)

such an evil film. Tippi Hedren is as beautiful as her tortured mind, Sean Connery acts a formidable phallocrat, so usual at the time.
Glad to see Diane Backer as well . Remember Senator Ruth Martin is the Silence of the Lambs (1991)

^^^^^^
It is a shame Tippi Hedren didn't make more films.  She was duped into signing an exclusive contract with Alfred Hitchcock, who proceeded to keep anyone else from hiring her without his consent.  Plus, he demanded she accompany him where ever he went.  When she would object to this, he would keep her out of film roles.  What a jackass!

This is my second or third time seeing this great movie. Keira Knightley is adorable and Steve Carell proves that he can act when he needs to. 8.5/10

I was very curious to see this one despite all those bad reviews. the report is severe: painful to watch, a real failure. Nothing is good: the story, the choice of the actors, characters , action scenes :  it simply doesn't work.
The texture of the extraterrestrial substance doesn't help anymore .

A disk containing mysterious information from a CIA agent ends up in the hands of two unscrupulous and daft gym employees who attempt to sell it.  A comedy featuring incompetence. 7/10

Just saw The Green Book last night with the missus. It's a great story, very well told. It's a buddy-road pic with captivating musical interludes. The two lead actors do a marvelous job, the story is compelling, and the dialogue is perfect. What a great film!

A young man's life is unraveled after witnessing a murder that he filmed in his rural town of Cut Bank.  Decent suspense.  7.5/10

Saw Aquaman last week. While I'm not saying it was the greatest film of all time, I will say I enjoyed it very much. Great effects and I thought a good story. My co-worker disagrees on that. Anyway, for me it is right behind Wonder Woman as my favorite DC film.  8/10
