HAPPY 35th Anniversary to this piece of heavy metal brilliance:





Based purely on overall quality of the songs this is probably my favourite Ozzy album...although it doesn't have a masterpiece track like Diary Of A Madman, Suicide Solution or No More Tears the steady rock solid quality of the songs is what makes this stand out. There's really only one weak song on this and that is the only occurance in Ozzy's solo career that that's happened.

Should probably say Happy 45th Anniversary to the WORST album Sabbath has ever released as well....maybe I shouldn't....it's not really worth it, but one shouldn't try to rewrite history nor erase it so gotta acknowlage the turds of the world as well...

Happy 40th Anniversary to Ozzy's first dabble into the real commercial sounding stuff of the 80s!



I keep pondering had Randy not died what this album would have sounded like? Would Ozzy have gone with the more commercial keys oriented pop metal sound or would Randy have been pushing for the more rockier stuff?
