My wife has a similar decoration that about covers half our front door, creepy as HELL! But that's what the season's for, right?  :smug:

Any problem getting decent sized pumpkins this year? In the UK the long, hot an dry summer meant they were a lot smaller than usual.

Mine grew pretty well actually this year... The biggest one got around 40lbs I think. Didn't carve that one as I thought it was bit TOO big.

Things looked kinda bad at the beginning of the summer as it was pretty cold and the pumpkins didn't start to grow at all so I was bit worried...I did have to fertilize them more than usual this year though. Pumpkins like bit warmer weather than what we had this summer....but obviously not as warm as what you had over there!


Thanks guys. I did another one but that one broke half way through the carving sadly... That happens occationally. So no skull this year because of that....
