He was born in this house. So yeah. He's been with me his whole life.


Thanks Bog for the wishes.

Just got off the phone with the vet and wasn't good news. She said that balance problems for a cat of this age usually means something very serious. So time to prepare for the worst I guess. I'll be seeing the doc on Thursday so then we'll perhaps know more.

Came back from the vet...

Not really much information unfortunately, but blood tests have been drawn and he got some antibiotics and a shot of cortisone which is supposed to help with the balance issues.

The vet thought that it very well might be an inner ear problem but didn't rule out tumors...

Now we just gotta wait and see if the antibiotics help....if they do then things would be looking good...if not....well...

So I came home from travels yesterday. All three of my cats had to come by to give me a sniff... and then waited for me to give them a skritch. :)

Attention all cat lovers: You must, you simply MUST come to Amsterdam to see the Cat Museum here! It is an absolute gem of a place. I took two walks through it, I was having so much fun. It is full of cat-related art and advertising and, yes, even actual cats. :) I'm glad I was able to take a few hours from business today to visit that lovely little place.
