Nice growing vegetables photos Charg '! Metal fans will always surprise me in all areas.
I have a small garden (400 m2) but it's only an ornamental garden: flowering shrubs, flower bulbs and perennials or potted plants.
One of my grandmothers was gardening a lot: potatoes, beans, cabbage, but also chrysanthemum for the day of the dead, November 2nd.
And yet, the seeds of vegetables, beans, flower bulbs, turf, film of growth or mulching, tomato stakes, mini-greenhouses are far from unknown to me because my job is to sell these bags and boxes in specialized stores. for almost 16 years.

Re. organic... I actually prefer growing that way, as I get much better microbes in the soil and more birds around my home that way.

I'm full of surprises! Usually bad ones but still!

I've got so flower beds sprilinked around my yard too...don't really pay enough attention to those anymore these days. But the greenhouse is my baby!

I had a huuuge aphid infestation in my greenhouse this year...and those bastards were resistant to pyrethroids so getting rid of them from my chilis was virtually impossible until I got my hands on a new agriculture grade insecticide...that got rid of them once and for all...and now my chili's and bell peppers are growing again.
I used to spend about an hour a day killing those bugs by hand from every single leaf of the plants...it was a monster task...especially since the next day they were just as plentiful again. I am thankful for the good stuff.

Birds don't really go into the greenhouse anyways so using insecticide has no effect on that.

Kind of kicked off 2019's growing season off now by ordering seeds for Chilis.

Got 5 new kinds of chilis again for this year...ranging from mild to hot...including some ornamental ones too...like the Purple UFO and Coyote Zan White.

Can't wait to see what comes out of them...and most importantly will they grow or will I kill them all...which has happened in the past with new kinds of chilis....

Today is just planted my chili seeds.

Got 7 different types...ordered just 5 but the seller was gracious enough to include two more as a free bonus which was rather nice...

All are new types for me too so it'll be exciting to see what comes of them.

My wife replaced the dead indoor plants with plastic ones.

Only one that wasn't dead was the bamboo plant.

Yeah you do need to take care of your plastic plants too. Might not have to play Mozart to them though...

My greenhouse is starting to look green again!!






It is very rare to get plants into the greenhouse in May here...but ofcourse after couple of weeks of exeptionally warm weather now as soon as I got the stuff out there it got cold again...Only 14C (57F) out now...and cloudy...

Thanks buddy! Got yellow cherry, classic Money Maker and Shirley and then two Blue Green Zebras. Also not in the pic yet are Ace 55s and Plum tomato Roma.

Also got few cucumbers in addition to the chilis.

I'll be moving to a new house in a few weeks, wondering what patch of yard I could tear up to make a garden... I have tomato envy of Charger!
