Texas now getting into the 90s, springtime is melting quickly.

A freak gust of wind ripped the roof off of my Greenhouse tonight!

What's strange is the wind gust wasn't all that strong, but I guess it just hit the sweet spot direction wise...

Well good thing is no plants were in yet...and no hurry to go in either weather wise...but now I have to search for a new roof material.

Oh my, I hope the damage doesn't set you back too much there.

We had some tornados west of me last night, more bouncy weather coming up later this week.

80mph winds, baseball sized hail, flash flooding, the occasional tornado or two. Started at midnight and will be hammering my area until about noon today (so, another six and a half hours). At least I don't have to get out and drive in this weather!

Now that I've had a stretch of calm weather here, others get hit with something disruptive.

I guess every one of us gets there turn with weather problems in one form or another.

We're on track to have record heat, high of 93F possibly today. Average high temp is 78F for this day.

AAAAnnnd we had snow!

Not a lot and nothing left on the ground but for few minutes we had a proper blizzard!
