Just found out that Finland has *6G*!!!

My record from Finland arrived fifteen minutes ago. So, October 24th to October 31st. Or, Thursday to Thursday - exactly seven days!

Wow...that had to be sent via courier service...no way regular mail moves that fast!

Could be - not sure what service carried it to my town, but it was the US Mail that delivered it. A lot of time other services will deliver to the local post office, so could have been that kind of setup. The package gives no indication, and tracking just shows pickup by "Posti".

Vyn, we are face to face with evidence that something otherwise inexplicable is involved in this delivery. After eliminating all other possibilities, this is the one that remains, and it checks out with the Finnish origin of the package.

My wife did throw out some milk later that day. She said something about drinking from the gallon and how it spoils it. I haven't done such a thing so assumed she was referring to herself.

If so, he can test his sled with my deliveries anytime. That record arrived fast, was packaged for safety, and is actually in a little bit better condition than the seller had described it as. A great transaction all around!

Well that's a very finnish thing to under describe the condition...we're modest and we rather underdescribe than over describe every time.

Gonna have rain today, the misty drizzly kind that makes it all foggy on the inside of the windows.

Rain starting in about two hours. Not stopping until Tuesday morning. Highs around 15 C everyday, expected 25cm of rain total for the entirety. We've basically been bone dry for months, we need it so hopefully the meteorologists aren't too far off the mark with their forecast.

I'm going to go eat a cookie as a reward for my use of measurement units that the entire planet has been using for decades except a few notable exceptions!

It's been overcast, yet for the most part dry, in the UK for some days now. In fact, one town not so far from me has reportedly had only 18 minutes of sunshine in the last 13 days!
