You'd Imagine he'd be pretty good if he got the gig. Very curious with the setlist they're gonna come up with though.

Yeah...agreed.

I'd imagine they'd do most of the classics and maybe a deeper cut or two and ofcourse something from Jugulator and Demolition too.

I'd love to hear Tim do Sinner...that's the one I know he'd absolutely shine on. And I was so bummed Priest didn't do it with him.

Yeah definitely

Les is pushing 70 now, I know he still has his chops and has been active in recent years but I wonder how would he'd go playing Painkiller and Jugulator? Lol

Heh yeah! Scott's drumming was pretty darn different from Les' that's for sure. Painkiller might be a strech for him but I think something like Burn In Hell and Hell Is Home would be well within his abilities.

I'd like to hear atleast one or two deeper cuts...something that Rob couldn't pull off anymore. That would be awesome...like The Sinner or Dissident Agressor...or Exciter! Now that would be killer to hear again.

Yeah definitely. The whole band nailed it from what I've heard. K.K. still in fine form and Les Binks defies his age. Hope they decide to go on and make this an ongoing thing or at least play a few more shows.

Agreed! It would be great to see these guys tour. But I don't see it happening though... Ripper is so goddamn busy all the time and Dave's cancer treatments have already ended so it does seem that Megadeth will be back next year again so David will be busy with that...

Does it really matter who's on bass though? Its not like it's a bona fide band yet. They don't even have a name. As long as K.K. Les and Ripper are there.

As for Ripper, I'm sure everything would take a back seat to go on tour with this band. It would probably be the most successful thing he's done or at least well recieved thing he's done since his Iced Earth days.

Well yeah that's true...It doesn't have to be David on bass.

As far as Tim goes you gotta honor your agreements and deals obviously but yeah I'm sure he'd love to tour with KK.

KK did post a short message yesterday saying thank you and hinting that he would in fact love to put this show on the road too...so who knows.

Band sounds great! Especially given its their first show and wouldn't have rehearsed that much together.

I wanna see some footage of Before The Dawn, I know you're not a fan of that song charger but it was a big surprise in the set and a song Priest have never performed live before.

Haven't seen any footage of that song actually. YET. Videos have been popping up through out the week so it is possible that one surfaces as well...Exciter is the other one that I haven't seen yet.

Thanks for that. Excellent stuff! Great control by Ripper and K.K.s solo was on point.
