What the heck is going on now?

Now drummer Joey Jordison has passed away and he was just 46 years old.

https://www.blabbermouth.net/news/former-slipknot-drummer-joey-jordison-dead-at-46/

I personally was not a Slipknot fan but I did know of Joey from his work with Rob Zombie and found his drumming to be quite good indeed.

This is pretty sad. So young people passing away now...not cool...not cool at all.

Celebrities always die in 3s so I'm afraid to open up my computer tomorrow not knowing who it'll be then...

No I'm not a Slipknot fan*, but I know a lot of people are. Regardless, anyone dying at 46 is a tragedy, looking at Wiki he seemed to have some health issues over recent years, if that had a hand in his death we don't know.

RIP Joey

It’s been a rough couple of days for the metal community. I wasn’t a big Slipknot fan or anything but I certainly admired Joey’s talent and know how revered he was. Probably the last true drum hero that’s come along. I can’t think of any drummer that came after Joey that been as influential and loved as he was.
