After the announcement of 2 consecutive festivals from June 19th to 26th, 2022 and especially the line-up for the last 4 days, I was determined to go this time. On the last evening of Sunday, Mercyful Fate will headlining the Temple stage , preceded by Triptykon. I couldn't miss this unique opportunity. some others bands also had my preferences like UFO, Megadeth,  Katatonia , Sorcerer , Draconian , Crown , Villagers of Ioannina City  but also Whitesnake for their farewell tour and see David Coverdale once , Scorpions  after seeing them in 1984.
It was therefore necessary to connect to the site from 1 p.m. last Wednesday. A slight delay of 15 minutes will have been sufficient. The displayed message had no return: Sold out ! in less than 10 minutes, 20,000 4-day Passes were sold !! Some told me that they logged in at 1:00 p.m. and not got anything either. Others put forward the hypothesis that ill-intentioned people know how to connect with several computers to be able to overcome the limit of 2 Pass per person.
Very disappointed necessarily.

I was hoping to enjoy this gem on stage :

That is a MOTHER of all lineups! I mean you've got DEEP PURPLE, ALICE COOPER, Metallica, Nightwish, Black Label Society, Judas Priest, Megadeth, Korn and a shitloads of others....

So yeah no wonder it got sold out in minutes.

A total of 55,000 4-day tickets (35,000 tickets for the special presale on July 6 and 20,000 tickets for the sale on July 7) as well as 5,000 passes per day.
the 35,000 presale tickets were exclusive to first 3-day Pass holders who had agreed to keep their tickets since the canceled 2020 and 2021 editions.

Hellfest has always been the best outdoor metal festival and the one I’d like most to go to. The lineups are always killer!

Given the limited number of tickets and that fans have been starved of festivals and concerts in the last 18 months it’s not surprising it’s sold out so fast.

 Feeling bummed for you that you missed out Tyr.
