Interesting because it's one of those demos that the band did that may be meh for Sabbath, but other bands would give their left guitar player for a track like that. This one would become "Seventh Star" with Glenn Huges on Tony's solo album the album the label said had to be Black Sabbath OR ELSE.

This was always a cool Iommi Sabbath tidbit, But Jeff's vocals never cut it for me. And to keep shouting "Star of India" over Tony's solo is blasphemous.

Yeah, it's for the best he went his way. Finding the right front man can be a real challenge.

I personally wish that the album mix itself was more cohesive because quite a few tracks from it really stand out on their own, when given a chance.

I really like this album regardless of what it's titled. There are definitely some stellar tracks on this disc.

Of course, the tangent to this thread is how Fenholt used his demo tape days to claim that he was once the lead singer of Black Sabbath on various religious teevee shows and for interested parties in attendance at his public appearances.

But even the best of vocalists know not to shout during guitar solos

Fenholt sounds a LOT like Glenn Hughes on this recording, very interesting. I guess that was the direction Iommi wanted to make with a vocalist and if Fenholt didn't work out, put out feelers to someone who sounded like him who probably would work out.
