I'll kick things off with my cell phone collection.





I haven't kept nearly all of the phones I've owned but here's a bulk of them...maybe bit more than half...I've sold some, that I have ended up regretting quite a bit actually but also some I've sold just cause they haven't been all that interesting...also back in the day old phones were valuable for trade in for a new one...

Haha Yeah I was really into cell phones back in the day. When the boring smart phone era started though then I lost interest as they are all the same.

I think that I'm missing about 15-20 models that I've owned... Starting with the old NMT phones and few early GSM's and few later ones.

Had the one cell phone when I was a teacher that was pretty much just voice because texting is tough with just 12 small buttons...

In 2013, got the Note 3 for work purposes. Got a Note 9 when that one finally passed on in 2018. Signed up for a lease program so I can change each year, currently using a Note 10 from 2019. Decided not to mess with a new phone this year, might just go back to using the one phone until it dies.

Other than records, I don't really collect specific types of things to any extent. Boring, I know

I have 25 B.C. comic strip paperback books that I purchased during my teenage years.  They are in excellent condition.  I always took good care of my possessions, even as a young boy.


Each book contains many of the strips that appeared in daily newspapers over a couple of years.  The one on the far left is the first one published, and it contains strips from 1958 and 1959.


The one on the far right was the last one I bought and it covers 1978.  The price on the cover of the first one says 50 cents, and the last one, $1.95


Nearly every year I read through one and still get some good laughs.

I collect Transformers from all eras but mainly Generation 1. I have approximately 70 of them at the moment.

I also collect books on Star Trek, Doctor Who and Star Wars.

Oh I like B.C. strips...they haven't appeared here on newspapers in years though.

That's a very cool collection indeed!

I also collect disney comics...will be posting stuff about them later on as well.

I collect Star Wars figures from the original trilogy sequels as well the vintage collection repo’s from the original trilogy. I also collect Scarface and Mad Max 2 related stuff.

I was collecting original movie posters from Pacino and DeNiro and other gangster films a long time ago which I still have but have dropped off collecting movie posters. I also have Pacino & DeNiro signed items.

That's a very cool collection indeed!

Thanks!    The creator of B.C., author/cartoonist Johnny Hart, died in 2007.  Because I enjoyed B.C. so much, I also have paperbacks from Mr. Hart's other comic strip, The Wizard of Id.

Damn...I like The Wizard too! I had no idea they were done by the same person...also I had no idea he'd passed away.

The wizard is still on some newspapers here. Always a lot of fun.

I collect DVDs, Blu-rays and 4K Blu-Rays as well and I must have about 1000 of them by now.

Like Jack I also collect classic Star War figures if I can find them out in the wild or on clearance.

Well pretty much all tv's are 4K nowadays...the players on the otherhand are still bit more expensive than normal bluray players...and the discs themselves cost bit more...

I've got a healthy collection of dvd/bluray as well...probably around 500 or so...haven't counted them though as I don't really consider them collectables though...
