I really enjoyed him in The Practice, very intense actor, but he's been given only bit roles since then. Guy deserves a bigger break in the film and tv indus-

:buhbye:

What do you mean, "Wrong Steve Harris"???

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH the MUSICIAN Steve Harris... OK, I was confused there... he's a great banjo player, though, isn't he?

******

Definitely picked a strong musician in Mr. Harris. He's pretty much the heart of Iron Maiden, and if you haven't heard of Iron Maiden, then you're probably not signed up on these here forums.

Sorry, but if you're on this site and your first thought was some actor called Steve Harris I've never heard of... I nominally dock you TWO, no THREE awesome points! ;)

I'd recommend you checking The Practice out though...it was an awesome show...by no other than mastermind David E Kelley!

Indeed!  It had a number of strong seasons before it got formulaic. And of all the characters to make it to the spinoff show, it was pretty much just James Spader, added in the last season, who ran the course of Boston Legal. Tara Wilson was also added in the last season and made the jump, but didn't last the whole of Boston Legal.

I'm sure The Practice was very good, I don't think it made it to these shores though. It might have been confused with other TV shows with similar titles (Peak Practice springs to mind)

The Practice was one of the best legal dramas...I think the only thing was that it was bit overly serious all the time...but luckily David E Kelley fixed that with Boston Legal and that's why it became THE best legal drama of all time...well that and Spader and Shatner ofcourse.

Denny Crane also appeared on the last season of The Practice.

I think the first 5 seasons of The Practice was really good...then like zzz said it got too samey and formulatic...until Spader joined and elevated it again...but at that point it wasn't really the same show anymore so the transition to Boston Legal had already started at that point I think...

Not a shocker, not at all. He was most of the driving force in that band up until he left and is responsible for two of the most important albums made, Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall. He's a legendary performer whose heart belies his acid lyrics.

Kurt Cobain!

I wonder if his fame these days is more due to his music or his final act?
