I'll probably see it for the first time late morning on Thursday (it opens at 23:35 Wednesday* in the UK), I don't bother to book tickets, the screens will be busy but it's not as if schools are off this week. There will be 42 showings on Thursday just at my local cinema... I'm sure they would have had more showings if it wasn't so long!


* It would usually have midnight openings but I think our local cinema has a 3am embargo on weekdays and with its 3:01 runtime plus adverts and trailers they had to bring it forward!

I'll give it atleast 2 or 3 weeks before I'll go and see it...I hate(!!!) full movie theaters.

I'm just trying to stay clear of all major spoilers...I already a bit how the story will go on and how certain things that happened in part one will be...lets say rectified. So honestly the only real major spoiler will be who is gonna die for real in the end...but we kind of already know that too so that's actually not such a big spoiler either... ;D

This is true. Wife and I have uhmmmmmm a bet on who is gonna die for real. Needless to say we both have a added interest in this now. LOL

And what would that be?  Beat up a dozen or so guys, shoot everyone from impossible angles, or walk away with your back to an explosion that obliterates everything?  :rolleyes:

A cab driver gets a hot tip on a race horse and wins big, but he can't seem to stop gambling.  Another comedy that's not very funny. 4/10

Saw this as a young man many moons ago. Truly a great cop movie and solid acting from just about everyone involved. 8.5/10

I saw Avengers: Endgame this morning in a pretty full screening at my local. I won't say much about it for now except that it is an awesome film. 10/10

Saw "The Spy Who Fell to Earth" on Netflix. It is a documentary about a man who worked for Mossad, who was then most likely pushed out of a highrise window.

The question is: was it by Mossad or by Egyptian intelligence?

Both Israel and Egypt hail this man as a top spy for their country. The official Israeli line is that the Egyptians are making stuff up just to mess with everybody. The Egyptians say that the Israelis have to say that to save face after this guy handed them their worst intelligence failure - info that allowed the Egyptians to launch a surprise attack in the 1973 Yom Kippur War.

There are some very carefully crafted stories being told in the documentary.
