I did notice there are two versions of The Dungeons as well...the red one is the one with the bonus disc.

Hopefully that'll be the one you'll be getting! Post a pic as soon as it arrives!

Will do. Just re-looked at my order and it showed a stock photo of the original cover not the new cover with the black vinyl so I’m confident it’s the red vinyl with the bonus disc edition, especially given it says 2 disc in the description and the reviews say it is as well. It’s been held up in Sydney for over a week now which is frustrating  ::)

Maybe it tested positive for Covid and it's in quarantine! ;D

Good to see it was the one with the bonus album!

I got a message today that my Hourglass and Sirens have arrived at the post office but with all that other stuff I didn't get the chance to pick them up yet...but will do so tomorrow and will post pics as well.

Got my silver & black edition in today but sadly the vinyls are pretty badly warped but thankfully Amazon decided to refund me. They’re still playable only just.

YIKES! That's some horrible packaging right there! Damn. Sorry to see that.

Mine on the otherhand were insanely well packaged. Never had vinyls so well packaged. 3 boxes within each others. Totally pristine...well they were untill I dropped the Hourglass on it's corner while removing it!  :wall:

Very cool vinyls though both. And both had paper sleeves too which should be safe atleast. :)

That Amazon packaging job on Senjutsu is a travesty. I've had cat litter packed better than that...

Hold on. Why are you’s saying that’s a bad packaging job from the photos? I didn’t post a photo of the packaging, just the album and vinyls. No the packaging wasn’t great, usually Amazon ship in stiff cardboard record mailers and sometimes that’s placed inside a bigger box. This album was sent in an oversized box with just brown paper, but I don’t think that’s why the records were warped. Has more to do with the way the album was stored at either the Amazon factory and being exposed to warm conditions or it was exposed to warm conditions with the carrier, in the carrier facility or in the carriers van or truck. I’m leaning towards the carrier as being a new album it wouldn’t have been at the Amazon hub for very long in which it would most likely be in a temperature controlled environment anyway.

@Charger Congrats on getting those, in particular the turquoise vinyl is beautiful ain’t it. It’s a good remaster too. Is that a little seam split in the top of the Hourglass I can see though? Did that happen when you dropped it? Maybe it’s just the angle of the photo that’s giving me that impression.

Ah....well that's kind of even worse though...bad packaging is something of an understandable error that can happen especially with vinyls but storing damage is a whole other thing all together. That might mean that there are potentially a lot of warped ones out there then.

It's not a seam split but it is a bit of a scuff mark. I think it too happened in the fall yes... :(

The turquoise see through vinyl is a thing of beauty indeed.

Ah, you're right, Jack. Let me redact my criticism of Amazon and instead direct it to whoever didn't have proper temperature controls.

My copy of the Sermons Of The Sinner arrived today.

Sadly this was NOT so well packaged so the upper right corner was damaged....  >:(

But it is what it is...

Also what was kind of sad was that the album itself wasn't signed but just a seperate picture of the cover...which is a real shame...
Also the accompaning CD is just in a plastic sleeve...nothing else which is a real bummer...as now I do have to buy the cd seperately anyways...but I do think this is a standard thing for most bands that aren't Blaze Bayley..  8)

That’s really disappointing that it arrived damaged Charger. On top of that the actual vinyl cover isn’t signed. Just a sheet of paper that’s a copy of the album artwork. Seems to be a common occurrence these days. Because the vinyl isn’t pressed and or album cover made where the actual band member(s) live it’s much easier & cheaper to just ship a box of these separate paper or inner sleeves to the signee(s) rather than all the album covers. Mine was shipped about a week and a half ago but not expecting to receive inside a month such is the shipping time it’s taking to get stuff from overseas to Australia atm.

Have been streaming the album in the meantime and after being disappointed on my first couple of listens it’s grown on me somewhat since. Some Priest style vibes going on in the playing but man it’s hard to get past the cheesy cliche lyrics and I’m not enamoured with Rippers vocal style.

Id be asking for a replacement if I was you Charger. That’s unacceptable.
