Tricky one there, as it depends on the scotch whether it's one that drinks better neat or on the rocks. Also, I'm not a drinker, so I'm only repeating what I've heard others say. But, from what they say, a neat scotch is one that is purest in its form and if it can be enjoyed as such, sounds like the superior choice for me, were I to start drinking. :D
