No she takes a lot of crap because she is something that could have been starring in the movie dumb and dumber as the dumbest.

And yet her critics swallow whole any stupidity flowing out of Trump's mouth... well, say what you will, but AOC uses actual words when she speaks. In the right order, even!

Trump called for draining the swamp, then went about appointing people to run departments with tight connections to the industries they were regulating. That's expanding the swamp, not draining it. AOC is actually a politician that, by virtue of her being elected over the career of the guy she beat in the primary, is draining the swamp.

Seems like there's a ton of people over at Fox News and associated media outlets that are terrified at the thought of a woman in a position of authority who doesn't seem ready to do whatever the men around her want her to do. Betsy DeVos is pliant and stupid, no threat there. AOC has a spine and is intelligent, so of course they tear into her.

At the same time, there's a blind eye turned towards things like Trump University, a massive fraud. Or how Trump defaulted on payments to workers and contractors time and again. It's like his supporters *want* total bullshit and that anyone who speaks truth to power makes them break out in a rash.

No rationale for defending AOC? From someone who supports a leader who, at last count...

1. Lied about Obama's attendance at college.
2. Threatened his former schools with legal action if they released his grades.
3. Did the whole "birther" stupidity about Obama.
4. Carried on with the "birther" stupidity even after Obama produced a long-form birth certificate, providing ample documentation of his US Citizenship from birth.
5. Gave a speech in which he expressly said that the overwhelming majority of Mexican immigrants are rapists and drug dealers, which is both inaccurate as well as highly racist. And anyone who says it isn't racist needs to check to see if he himself is a racist...
6. Insisted that Mexico would pay for the wall. That's some of that total bullshit his supporters love.
7. Insulted every POW through insulting John McCain.
8. Dodged military service with a bogus medical claim. For a guy with bone spurs, he sure gets around the golf course a lot.
9. Promised not to golf one day as president. More total bullshit.
10. Attacked Megyn Kelly when she asked him a hard question in a debate - same venom he directs at AOC.
11. After two of his supporters beat a Latino and then urinated on him, Trump said at a rally that he had "passionate supporters". Again, more disgusting racism, and if you don't think that's racism, you need to see a specialist immediately before your head goes septic with fascism.
12. Heaped abuse on Khizr Khan, father of a US soldier who died in the line of duty. Remember how Trump got four student deferments and then a bogus medical release instead of serving? Yeah, total bullshit patriot there.
13. Attacked the judge presiding over the Trump University fraud case because the judge was Hispanic. Again, racism, and I'm not even out of May 2016 with this litany.
14. More than one beauty pageant contestant has accused Trump of inappropriately entering dressing areas and/or kissing and groping them without consent. In some cases, the contestants were under the age of 18. That's known as "inappropriate sexual conduct" or also as "disgustingly lecherous."
15. "Grab them by the pussy."
16. In spite of the fact that the Central Park Five were exonerated via DNA evidence, Trump insisted that they were still guilty. Total bullshit which, of course, is what his followers want. Nothing but the pure flow from the back of the bull.
17. “I’ll go backstage before a show and everyone’s getting dressed and ready and everything else. And you know, no men are anywhere. And I’m allowed to go in because I’m the owner of the pageant. And therefore, I’m inspecting it. You know they’re standing there with no clothes. And you see these incredible looking women. And so I sort of get away with things like that.” <-- so he admitted in 2005.
18. Used both the political campaign and office to promote businesses of family members, the first being unethical and the second being a violation of the emoluments clause.
19. Paid a $25 million settlement in the Trump University fraud case... the charges of fraud stemmed from the university not being accredited, but representing itself as such.
20. Claimed he won the popular vote in 2016. Once again, bullshit so fresh, you'd have to be kissing that bull's anus to get it any fresher.
21. Had Jared Kushner and Michael Flynn meet with the Russian Ambassador to establish a "line of communication" prior to taking office as president. That's called "illegal" and "highly suspicious."

So that's the list up to the end of December 2016.

October 31, 2018 – Donald Trump tweeted a racist political ad depicting an undocumented immigrant who had been convicted of murdering two police officers. The ad featured the tagline, “Democrats let him into our country. Democrats let him stay.” Luis Bracamontes, the convicted man, had a history of crime and was originlly released by a sheriff’s department that was headed by Republican Joe Arpaio. He later illegally re-entered the United States during the presidency of George W. Bush.

Support a man like this and say there's no excuse for AOC? Puh-leez!

No, it's a thread about stupid, so I'm posting the stupid stuff Trump says. That comment is stupid because, DUH, the definition of an island is a land mass surrounded by water. Specifying ocean water doesn't get any bonus points, as the *type* of water is irrelevant for that landmass' island status.

But, yeah, it's easy to find stupid things Trump says. He comes up with them pretty much every day, several times a day. Like when the Notre Dame Cathedral burned, there was this stupid:

So, AOC's thoughts/opinions/voice/stupidity only represents New York's 14th congressional district, and in the larger context of the House of Representatives, 1/435th. I'm not even throwing all of Congress in there.

Donald J. Trump is one of one President of the United States Executive branch. His thoughts/opinions/voice/stupidity represents 100% of the entire country to the rest of the world, and 100% of the United States government to 100% of the citizens of the United States.

Stupidity is stupidity...but when comparing AOC stupid with DJT stupid it has to be understood that one has more impact than the other.

I don't really follow this logic though. The sheer ammount of air time that hag gets is staggering for just a 1/435...so her stupidity does impact a whole lot more than just few New Yorkers.

And the problem there is that the more stupid shit she spews out the more air time she gets...it's a vicious cycle. And that is something I just don't understand.

Also the president in a bipartisan system never represents 100% of the people...only 50% at best.
