Elves wanted a Dio shootout, so here it is... I want to line up albums with Dio singing on them against each other, including is work with Rainbow, Sabbath, and best-known solo work. Elf and the later solo albums I'll leave aside for now. Same for Ronnie and the Red Caps. :)

Dream Evil down, Rising up. I believe firmly that Rising is Dio's finest hour. He shines brightest on that of all albums.

While I agree that Rising probably isn't the best here, it is far from being the worst... it shouldn't hurt for a good while yet.
