Felt kinda blue this morning, listening to Fiu by LGT cheered me up a great deal. I fell in love with the music so much, I had to learn a little Hungarian to understand the lyrics and then sing along with them.

I got cramp this morning in my left calf... on the odd occasion I get cramp I can sense it coming on and stetch the muscle and it either subsides quickly or stops it from happening altogether. Today my leg was in an awkward position where I couldn't stretch it in time and I got the full hit... really painful for a minute or so. I can still feel it now 15 hours later!

^^^I hate that. Sudden calf cramp always seems to hit me in bed in the middle of the night and I either get on top of it quick or I don’t and it feels like your calf is going to pop out of your leg and then becomes a niggle for the rest of the day.

My neuropathy gives me a propensity for having cramps if I overuse my legs with walking or standing. That usually happens when I'm on vacation, so when I get leg cramps at night, I dream that I'm touring a city and seeing the sights. It's hell and agony when I wake up, but I surprisingly have a better dream because of the pain.

I have currently had brachial neuralgia in my left arm for almost a month. You'll laugh, I think it started between the two New Years Eve when I shook my head a little too much while listening to music (AC / DC if I remember correctly). At first I didn't really pay attention to it. I was thinking of small joint discomforts like no one can all have and which disappear as quickly as they appeared. But after a few days, I noticed that these tingling, these unpleasant sensations of poorly flowing electrical current persisted. The pain starts at the sixth vertebra, continues in the shoulder and then in the elbow and ends in the left index finger. I will describe the sensation like a needle sticking between my last two knuckles with a partial loss of feeling . Very painful, especially when driving. After taking anti-inflammatory drugs for two weeks and having been manipulated by an osteopath 10 days ago, I finally noticed a slow but undeniable improvement. He compared the neuralgia to a sciatica attack. At this rate I think I will be fully recovered in a month, not before.
These pains have ruined my life for the past few weeks. Fucking old age ...

Hopefully all’s well with Typhon. With me only sparingly being here of late I Just realised he hasn’t been around for awhile.

I typhon left because ZZZ got bit too agressive towards him with some of the more political issues. He didn't like being attacked like that. He might come back at some point...hopefully he does because he is dearly missed.

Oh that’s unfortunate. I did sense some tension there. It’s a good reminder why politics should be left out of forums. Especially when you have members supporting apposing political parties.

Last year was tough for Americans with the pandemic and a lot of tensions around BLM and the election.

Yeah...it's a shame that with politics it's so hard for people to seperate the topic from the person so it so often gets personal.

I wanted to respect Billy's wishes and leave this place open to all kinds of discussions...but things just got too heated... Shame really. Especially since Typhon is a good fellow indeed and a valued memeber since day one. Hope he'll return one day.
