Talking of climate, I was wondering if the global lockdown resulting in a 90% drop in air traffic (in the UK, probably similar drops elsewhere), substantially reduced road and rail traffic and so on... how is the air quality changing, is climate change slowing down? Are there any studies analysing it? Or, are all the scientists in lockdown and unable to do the analysis?

Coronavirus is definitely causing a sharp drop in carbon emissions. Air quality definitely improved temporarily. Climate change rates would be a data set I haven't looked at yet, I'm focused more on tracking COVID-19 in the USA's states. But I would imagine that this year, we at least didn't increase temps by as much as in previous years.

I wouldn't be all too surprised if all that data would get "lost in the shuffle" by the climate change pushers. Usually anything positive does.

Or then they will try to explain it by "seasonal change" or some other bs to steer it away from the actual issue.

No, the data is what the data is. Like that Iceland volcano that went off a few years ago and shut down air travel. Although it pumped a lot of carbon into the atmosphere, it *prevented* magnitudes more of carbon going in because of all the air travel that didn't happen for that time.

Sure the data is what it is but I was reffering to it being buried because it doesn't fit the narrative that the climate is going and there's nothing we can do and the world is gonna end and all that which is what the extreme climate change propaganda is pushing.
