Last night was a dramatic night of football. Had a feeling Russia would win. Even thinking they might get through to the SF.

Expecting both Brazil and Belgium to win tonight. Brazil hasn't failed to make the QF stage since 1990 and Mexico has never beaten Brazil in a World Cup game and it's hard to see that changing tonight. In saying that, this has been a World Cup of shocks!

Yeah....surprises have been taking place here now....

But I am (once again) being conservative


Brazil vs Mexico...Might be an even match or might be an absolute slaugher...this is either 0-0 or 3-1 to Brazil

Belgium vs Japan...same thing with this one...Belgium knows how to score but Japan knows how to defend...but Belgium ought to take this home.

I do have a nasty feeling that atleast one of these will go to Penalty shootouts again...and the lesser team will win that.

Extremely poor playing from Mexico...they were 1-0 behind and most of the players in the mid field were just standing around! Incredible! They should have been in the box like hawks! But there was nothing...it's like they didn't even try.

But ofcourse Brazil was very strong but still they should have been able to do better.

Yep, that was a poor showing on Mexico's part. They were hot coming into the World Cup then started faltering. They have South Korea to thank for making it to the knockout round, and rather than taking full advantage of that gift they just fell apart.
