Trust me, it's WAY more mellow than that Comus album. You put forward a suggestion. Sometimes it works, sometimes it falls short. I'm still thankful to you for introducing me to Mike Patton's efforts outside Faith No More. Billy may have not given me what I like in Comus, but I owe him for encouraging me to try out Bowie one more time. And Vyn's recommendation of Frank Zappa in the last game was waaaaaaaaaaaaaay off, but his recommendation of Joni Mitchell was spot on for something I can really get into.

We weren't clear about what "a softer touch" really meant. Hell, I opened with Rory Gallagher, and now I'm thinking I messed up by my own standards on that one. Live and learn.

Hey, i'm with you on this one, i too took it as "not Metal" rather than easy listening. This is what happens when things get started before everything is agreed upon.

But for christs sake, is this really anything to get hung about? The game is on, with no Metal acts, less nominees, and less points. Next roundt we'll have Metal only, and by god am i going to nominate Alice In Chains - Dirt...
