^^^ Being 11/12 at the time Smash (and Green Days Dookie) was at it's hight, i was totally into those albums. Still listen to Smash every now and then as a mix of nostalgia and guilty pleasure.

Ixnay On The Hombre went by unnoticed, but a couple of years later, playin Goldeneye on N64 while listening to Americana (and Kill 'Em All) was da bomb. After that i fell off the skate/pop-punk thing, Offsprings albums from then on didn't hit me...

I have not listened to Offspring in quite awhile, but like you I loved them and Green Day when I was in High School. I recently bought this greatest hits for 7$ brand new so it was very reasonable. It has been a trip down memory lane to say the least. Actually my fav Offspring album is Ignition, the one right before Smash, I use to listen to that album on my Walkman when I would do chores and when I was working as a landscaper many moons ago.
