I am admittedly a music freak - I love a very diverse amount of styles/genres what have you.

The only three genres that I do not explore/listen/buy are -
- new Country (though I Love old Country like Cash, Jennings, Nelson and Kris Kristoferson)
- Rap/Hip Hop though I use to listen to some Rap when I was young- mostly Ice T and Public Enemy, I really do not have much iterest in it these days
- EDM - never been much of a fan of this type of music though a friend listens to it and I have heard some interesting ideas there - it just does very little for me.

My top four types of music are
Heavy Metal/Hard Rock
Classical Music
Jazz
Rock N Roll

^^ Recently I discovered Synth Wave music with Perturbator "New Model" EP.
very much surprised to appreciate this musical genre stuffed with very '80's scores vibes with some Heavy Dub touches.
Love this EP.
