I'd say it is. Most certainly not something you'd drink out of the bottle with a half a pint single gulp!

I'll try tonight with an ice cube to see if it mellows it out a bit.

Holy hell this 16 YO Dewar's is pretty good stuff! Smooth as silk with a hint of smokyness! Talk about good sipping whisky!

They went very well!

The cigar was smooth and so was the bourbon.

Granted cigars tend to go better with smokey Scottish Whiskeys BUT this was a pretty good pairing too.

I was positively surprised by Michter's. I'll having that one again....I mean in the distant future, I'm not a scottsman so I didn't drink ALL the bourbon in one night!
