We are Geelong, the greatest team of all,
We are Geelong, we're always on the ball,
We play the game, as it should be played
At home or far away
Our banners fly high, from dawn to dark
Down at Kardinia Park

So, stand up and fight, its always our ambition
Stand up and fight, remember our tradition
Throughout the game to fight with all our might
Cause we are the mighty blue and white
From the bounce of the ball, to the final bell
Stand up and fight like hell.
Thats it Vyn. That's our club theme song. A little quirk and tradition in our game is to circle up in the rooms after a win and sing the club song. Even through all junior competitions.

And for the first time in their history Notts County were relegated out of the the football league this year, and will play in the fifth tier of English football from this August.

Thats sad to see. Hopefully they don't fold altogether. They've already been rescued at the death before.

It's not a birthday, maybe molecules, but the death has been announced of actor Rutger Hauer. He's been in some great films down the years. I know 75 isn't that young... but it is really in this day and age. :(

I read about Rutger. He was absolutely fantastic in Blade Runner, and other than the secretary, is the only character that has stayed with me. Harrison Ford was (and always has been for me) forgettable.

Not a "Raiders Of The . . ." fan, I take it.  :smug:  Neither am I.
