Rockford Files are worth a re-visit, the writing was great all the way through. There weren't any crucial multi-episode story arcs or anything, so they can be watched in any order. The episodes with Isaac Hayes and Tom Selleck are some of the best in the series.

Actually I just realised I don't think I ever watched the actual series Rockford Files but the tv movies that were made in the mid 90s.

I did not see the TV movies, but have all the RF seasons on digital copies.

My dad always watched Columbo and the Rockford Files.  I was never much of a fan, but he loved them.

Well, I'm *not* watching Netflix' "Medical Police". It got way too silly for my wife about 10 minutes before it got way too crude for both of us. We liked the premise as a send-up of cop/medical shows, but it went way off the rails.
