That's a bit of an open playing field, so where to begin? Well, beginning with "the big three", i think Since I've Been Loving You is a tad bit better than Children Of The Grave (hard to compair, though), and both are miles ahead of Lalena. Didn't work for Donovan, didn't work for Purple.
Bringing in Uriah Heep, Tears In My Eyes also beats Purple.
If you don't consider the soundtrack albums (which would've made More their third), Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun would bring Pink Floyd into the fold. Or is using half a live album cheating?
Gentle Giant - Peel The Paint is worth mentioning.
To get a bit out of the 70's and more into metal, one have to mention Metallica - Welcome Home (Sanitarium).

I know this is a joke thread, which is why i even bother to try giving a thorough answer. But it's hard. Either the third album isn't a bands best work, or when it's up there, track four still seem to usually not be amongst the albums/bands best ones...

4th from 3rd for DP Mk2 is "Never Before". That one falls to "Children of the Grave".

Isn't the 4th track on LZ 3 "Celebration Day"? If so,

I've seen this album with several titles, don't remember what was considered the original one. Nevertheless, wasn't it released after Pritties, hence being the second album if considered part of the discography?

Really a shame Nobody Likes Me never've been released (or recorded?) as a studio version (as far as i know). It's kinda the song missing from Pritties...

Freak Out wasn't released until 1987. Chronologically it does fall between Pretties and Easy Action as far as when it was recorded. Live at the Whisky I think was recorded before Pretties, released late 80s as well. But those are both simply bootlegs, not to be considered part of the discography I don't think.

Yes, Nobody Likes Me is a great song, strange it was left off the debut
