Actually I have been neglecting legs a bit lately...but it's almost running season again (month or so) so I do have to start paying more attention to legs too!


Ian's cover of Living For The City is great! Better than the original I'd say...

Awesome thread. I've been lifting to Necro a lot lately. If you don't know, he's a rapper who is influenced by metal. Not rap metal, but his lyrics and flow are death metal inspired.

"Space Truckin'" is great for those 20 mins. on the treadmill... fast walk at first, jog for the keyboard solo, slow down and level for the Blackmore volume knob solo, then sprint to the finish.
