Just bought...

Need those for my radio show, as I want to do a series on the connection between early rock in Texas and the Tejano sound.

Accept’s latest “Too Mean To Die” on Orange in Red With White Splatter vinyl

How is that Jack?? I have been thinking of picking it up.
Sorry Thel, I didn’t previously see this. I tend to just look at the front page rather than check all the latest posts. I’ve only listened to it twice. Some songs caught my ear but a lot of it is just the same tired formula they’ve been churning out the last few albums. I think each album since Blind Rage hasn't been as good as the previous one. Not to say they’re not good albums or anything but I just would prefer to see them branch out and try some different things at this stage rather than continually repeat themselves. Not every song needs to have the big gang vocal choruses.

Boris - "Hope Japan Tour 2011" (Bandcamp digital). Might grab their other releases from today too, but I've got them on CD and I think the only difference would be that the downloads are remastered.

After the sad announcement of the band disbanding I thought I'd get some of my missing DELAIN albums for my birthday:

So in the last week I’ve got in the Motörhead 1979 vinyl Boxset as well as the new deluxe edition vinyls of Heaven and Hell and Mob Rules.

Will post some pics up shortly if I can be bothered

It sure is different. But it still has a lot of classic Zombie elements, but there's just much more going on...like I said it's almost funky at places..This requires a lot more listens before I can surely say what I make of it...one thing's for sure it's not an instant love affair like it was with Hellbilly Deluxe II...

I tried a bit of it just now... it's pretty dang industrial/sludgy in the first track so, no, NOT stoner rock! :D
