I bought myself an original US vinyl copy of Queen’s The Game yesterday. I have an original UK copy already but this US copy was in pristine condition and was cheap so I grabbed it.

Getting ready to pull the trigger in the coming days on the Venom vinyl boxset “In Nomine Satanas”

Yes, lots of it is in Polish. I really don't care. :smug: The vocals *sound* great and rough, beautiful twin leads, solid rhythm. Straight-ahead rock and roll, no nonsense or faffing about.

If anyone can recommend a free easy to use image hosting site I’m all ears. Photobucket now charges like a wounded bull to use their site.

@Charger Have you picked up any of the remastered Dio vinyls with the lenticular covers that came out last year? I’m seriously considering buying Angry Machines through to Master of the Moon which I only have the original cd’s of.

I have not...have thought about it but been bit low on cash lately so haven't been able to...most likely I will at some point though.

Oh Jack forgot to ask...how much for that Venom boxset? It looks really cool and I'd like to get some Venom albums myself...especially At War With Satan.

Sorry didn’t previously see your question. I paid $226 from Amazon AU. Was the last one in stock. It was $256 but over the coarse of 2 weeks it kept coming down in price each day. It got down to $224 but then went back to $226 so I grabbed it. It’s beautifully put together, the actual box it’s housed in looks much nicer in person. Still available from Amazon US. These will only go up in value over time so if you can afford it grab it while you still can.

Meanwhile, because it wasn't on Bandcamp, I bought the MP3 album that The Schizophonics released last year on Amazon. People of the Sky is great stuff if you wished Jimi Hendrix played with the MC5.
