I have heard of both of them but I am unfamiliar with their work. I think you know this already but I come from Eastern Canada, New Brunswick to be specific. There is a fairly active group of artists and musicians in that area, mostly congregating in Halifax Nova Scotia.

Witchcraft- Legend
Witchcraft- S/T
Just music I have been wanting on cd, I have listened to these so much I figured they were keepers. Witchcraft is one of the best bands around. I have been following them since the early 2000's and they started out as a retro doom/60's band but they actually do it right to my ears. Their latest album Nucleus is an emotionally driven masterpiece that finds them completely abandoning their retro sound. Anyways, I was just filling in the gaps here.

I just got a record player so I was gifted:
The Beatles- 67-70 compilation
Chris Cornell- Compilation

I really appreciate these two because they were birthday presents from my wife! I would not have bought these on cds, because I am an avid cd collector and I have several Beatles box sets plus i am an huge Cornell fan. Still really sad that he passed away, I haven't listened to any material of his without getting emotional. Cornell was a huge part of my life. Superunknown is one of my favorite albums of all time, I just have not been able to listen to it ever since. I still regret leaving early at a festival where Soundgarden would have played their 2nd to last show. I had driven half way across the state but I had to work the next day so I had to head out early so I could get back home.

Yes, Natalie mentioned Halifax last night during the show.  She is from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.  Both her and her husband are incredible fiddle players.

Brilliant !
this album is part of a list my father's friend lent to my brother and me in 1980. We had all recorded them on K7.
this one and :
Sammy Hagar "Danger Zone"
Grand Funk "Live Album"
Uriah Heep "Live" (this fantastic inside booklet!)
and, last but not least, Rainbow "Rising"

I "ll never forget the first listenings of these classics.

I love that Grand Funk Live Album, it sounds so good. That and the Red Album are the best they have ever done IMHO.

I'm more of a later GFR fan, but that Live Album is a monster, for sure! Especially "Into the Sun".

And I'm on record as being a huge, huge fan of the Uriah Heep Live 1973 LP.
