Same. Coles had signed copies a few weeks ago but shipping was too expensive. Glad I was patient.

12.50£ for delivery is pretty steep though...might have to think about it...considering I have to add 25% duties and taxes on both...

So apparently some of these stores that are offering the signed book for £25.00 are actually signed bookplates and not the actual book signed. I really hope my preorder from Waterstones isn’t a signed bookplate, there was no mention of it on their website at the time of preorder.

The thing is Geezer lives in the US and most of these stores offering the signed edition are UK based. Can’t imagine these books are shipped to Geezer to be signed then shipped to the various stores in the UK. Much more convenient and cost effective for Geezer to sign the sticker plates and then they are forwarded to the stores to stick in the books. Not happy that the stores weren’t originally upfront about it.

Update. I did see a few days ago he was doing an instore book signing but didn’t take much notice of where and when as I’d already preordered. So went back to find the article and wallah!
