Stones in 1972

See the Cal Jam in 1974 but have Ritchie Blackmore set your hair on fire because he doesn't like the way you look at him

OR

See Hellfest 2015 but have Lemmy set your hair on fire because you asked him politely to do so

Can I just NOT have my hair set on fire please. I certainly won't ask for it, and if Blackmore does it anyway then I'm suing!

Couldn't care less to be honest...I understand the traditional meaning behind it all but it just doesn't affect me in any way...

Amount I'll need, let's be careful out there!

This is an actual real estate question I came across...

Saw a house for sale, a HUGE house with a substantial front yard. Turns out, it's just over 4 acres of prime Dallas real estate, near White Rock Lake. The house itself is being sold as-is, because it was built in 1925 and the photos of the interior are ghastly. Never mind the updates, something needs to be done about the plywood where windows should be. Asking price: $3.2 million dollars.

I was baffled and wondered what else I could get for my $3.2 million, if I had it to spend on a house and it had to be that one or another... found one that was about as massive in size as the first, but on 1/3rd of an acre. It's all new construction, but the interior is a disaster for different reasons - it looks to have been done with one person's tastes in mind, and the person seems to have been somewhat pretentious. Vast, "open concept" downstairs area that's behind a fireplace wall in the entry. There's a wine viewing room on one side of the living area - all the wine on display behind glass walls in what I presume is a climate-controlled chamber placed exactly where one's guests would see it, ask, and then the owner gets to brag on demand.

Either way, I'd want another $1.8 million just to renovate the interiors.

So, which one would you do with a fantasy $5 million do spend on these gems in the Dallas housing market?

Land, history, and restoration

OR

Modern, smaller yard, and renovation?

Those historical buildings can be a real nightmare to restore. They have to be done in a certain way using certain materials and the red tape can be insane! (Some historical buildings here have just been left to rot away because fixing them up is such a nightmare...which to me is ridiculous) So I'd rather go with a newer fixer upper atleast then you can do what you want (up to a point ofcourse)!

Old stone house. I can always add stuff to make it warm. Whereas the big bad wolf will burn that wood shack to the ground.

You are opening a bar and grill. You need a name:

"The "Bung Hole" or "The Old Thirteenth Cheshire Astley Volunteer Rifleman Corps Inn"?

Both are real bar names, btw.
