NFL Rule Change Suggestions From Fans

Was reading this and thought it would be a fun area of debate and discussion:

For starters, I would LOVE to see no kicking in overtime! Can't score a touchdown? Well then, let the other side have a go... but no field goal, no punt.

I'll be reading the rest of the article during my lunchtime, but wanted to share because these are some interesting ideas.

I do agree with the columnist, Peter King, on relegation being a non-starter, much as I'd like to see teams circling the drain actually go down it and allow some other teams to have a go at playing on the national level. It would do a lot to keep teams from tanking seasons on purpose for better draft positioning.
