It has had its ups and downs, but mostly ups.

LANDMAN

Strong opening episodes and my wife and I are committed to the show. We've seen the first two separately (she let me catch up) and we're going to watch the rest together. There have been people criticizing the show about how nobody is *really* like how the characters are, but I know a similar person to each of them in my life. I am also so glad that it was filmed in actual Texas, not some bit of California that's a sort-of "Texas". Billy Bob Thornton's character gets developed quickly and comes across as a full person from the get-go. It's got 2 seasons up and 3rd is confirmed and it's on Paramount+.

It's a rich story so far and from reviews of the 18 episodes I ain't yet seen, it remains so consistently.

I have been thinking about Landman but haven't gotten to it yet...have so many shows to go through now..

I am right now finishing NCIS Tony & Ziva. And I have to say the cinematography on that show is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. And the show is pretty good...sure it has very little to do with NCIS part from the main characters but I have enjoyed it a lot.

Season 2 of FALLOUT (THE best computer game based show EVER) will end on first week of Feb so I'll be all over that one then.
