Bit of a vacation here...Just 2 weeks off...

Gonna go on a minicruise to Sweden today...and no I will NOT be stepping on swedish soil.

Meanwhile, I just debloated and blocked AI installations on my Windows.

https://github.com/zoicware/RemoveWindowsAI

They have commands to copy and paste into PowerShell being run as Admin and they will rip out the crappy stuff. I ran the first in interactive mode so I could pick and choose - I kept a few basic things but blew away all the stoopid apps. Both require a reboot to take full effect.

My PC is actually silent right now. I had thought that the constant low whisper of fans was because I had an awesome video card that needed care and feeding or something like that. Turns out, no. It was the bloatware running in the background, doing me no good at all.

Boat did NOT sink so I'm back...

Found a bottle of Dewar's 16 yo Double Agent and a bottle of SOUTH AFRICAN (???) Single Grain 15 yo. I don't really know what to expect from that! Never even heard of South African whiskey. Bain's it's called.
