I saw Avengers: Endgame this morning in a pretty full screening at my local. I won't say much about it for now except that it is an awesome film. 10/10

I agree. It was a great one and I will probably see it again later this weekend.

I know I am alone in this opinion but I do not like many of these Marvel movies. This is strange as I was a big comic book collector as a kid. For some reson I find them to be so over the top and so much riding on pure hype, that I just do not get the hoopla. 5/10

Considering all the rom coms and relationship dramas you like to watch I am bit bewildered by that boring comment in this case...

But I know a lot of people who don't like superhero movies for what ever reason...although I have to say I doubt I've ever heard anyone call them boring though...

I just don't think it requires much talent to tell a story where there are no restrictions from the real world.  When I start to watch one of these, it's like, here we go again:  to heck with the rules of nature, forget about the laws of physics, here is an insurmountable amount of energy to do what ever one's imagination can think up, blah, blah, blah.

The reason I thought that the movie Batman (Keaton & Nicholson) was terrific is because it was presented to an adult audience as though it could actually have happened.  That takes more talent and more skill.  The rest is just cartoonish fluff.

I did enjoy this one. It had an interesting story and some great FX. Probably the one that I liked the most from the MCU.

One of my fav Lovecraft inspired movies. Dean Stockwell is an actor that I truly enjoyed on Quantum Leap and he delivers a creepy  Wilbur Whateley. I know that the critics hated it but as a Lovecraft fan I found it well done and curiously interesting.
