Our boy Dave Mustaine must have been listening to old Metal Blade compilations as inspiration for this album, it's very very late 80s in the best way possible.

2026 is gonna be a banger year for albums!

Every single single so far has been top notch! This album is gonna be a great one!

Well well well!

After the first listen (on the car way back from the record store) I gotta say this is one killer album!

No weak songs on it! Another Bad Day is probably the weakest of the lot and it's still pretty damn strong!

Naturally this is gonna need quite a few listens before I can say anything more definitive.

One thing I can say the Drumming on Made To Kill is SUBERB!

Ofcourse gotta mention the big elephant in the ro...on the album. RIDE THE LIGHTNING.

They sure Megadethified that one and it sounds KILLER! It's heavier than the original and Dave changed the vocal melodies to fit him more and it just clicks.

I think this is a prefect way to end their final album...like a full circle of Dave's career.

What does make me incredibly sad is that this might very well be the last time we hear new music from Megadeth...
