At home, Vinyl, iTunes and Spotify. When I'm out and about its iTunes and Spotify. Can't remember the last time I listened to a cd.

An audiophile like you must hear the difference between your vinyl and the compressed format of iTunes, no?
To an extent but my hearing is pretty much toast these days. I'd say 80% of my music listening is done outside the home through earphones. I work outdoors so listen to music or sport talkback radio most of the day.

In more ways than one.

Kind of a brief history of my listening habits from 13 to 31. When I first seriously got into music collecting and listening, I would use this program on my computer or a CD player boom box. Anyone remember using this? :)This was used during my Middle School/Jr. High years.

Freshman year of High School I used a Sony Walkman tape player, creating mix tapes off the CD player to take with me to school. I didn't have money back then to afford a portable CD player and I didn't want to bring my physical copies to school. I graduated to a various portable CD players, learning to hack them to have the lids open so the CDs act like vinyl players with the laser being the needle. I would then let the permanent color markers run on the CD to color the tops. I made many mp3/regular CDs this way through a burner with Windows Media Player/iTunes.

I got my laptop in college and decided to put my music in there through iTunes. Used an aux cable while the laptop while driving sometimes, but mostly used mix mp3s or complete discographies on one or two cds. For example Black Sabbath took three cds to fill the entire discography, this was before The Devil You Know and 13 rolled around. I eventually got an iPod Classic and filled it up, ran for years until it burned out, having one or two of them before they got discontinued. :/ Finally went with a knock off mp3 player that carried a mini SD card for 200 GBs. The latter got input my new phone, taking four hours back and fourth to have the songs transferred. Any other songs I don't have or if I'm lazy I just go to YouTube on my phone or computer.

I make a distinction between listening to music and having music playing. When I listen to music, I listen to vinyl.

If I'm doing something around the house, I might have some music on, but it would be of the iTunes variety. I don't listen to music at work, and when in my car I listen to satellite radio.

There are exceptions, but that's 90% of my process. Interestingly, prior to the advent of CDs, I would burn songs off of my records onto to cassette tapes and listen to them lol. Never got into CDs, though. Threw my last 8-track out my car window in 1981/82. Hated 8-tracks.

Yeah, nobody did any burning with music until the advent of CD-ROM "burners". If ya copied the files into a digital format, it's ripping the CD.
