As for why not to reveal it, it can be part of a security thing in recovering passwords or accessing vital records. It's out there, but I prefer someone hunts a little harder to get it.

Here's a fantastic solo from the guy and he also plays the whole thing on the floor with the crowd! Pretty darn cool!
